クラブ見学のご予約の規定を変更いたしました。下の規定を、ご来訪の前にかならずお読みください。
We usually meet on first Tuesdays 12:00 - 13:30.Our March Meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 3rd 12:00 - 13:30
You are cordially invited to attend our meeting as a guest. Please follow
these steps:
1. Remit 4000 yen for the lunch fee to the account below
The venue serves a full-course French meal. When you contact us please
indicate whether you would prefer a regular or a vegetarian meal. We reserve a regular meal for guests who don't use this option.

2. No later than 5:00 pm on the Thursday of the week before the meeting, notify
the VP Membership and the Treasurer by email that you have made the
above-mentioned remittance:

3. Then you will receive
the guest confirmation and agenda of the meeting from the VP Membership
4. No refunds will be made. However you may apply your lunch fee to the
next meeting if you give us at least a 48-hour notice of your cancellation.
Details will be included in our email responding to your request for a
reservation.
